Paid-card recovery

Open your card again.

Enter the buyer email and the KindFinch order reference shown on the original download page. After Stripe payment is confirmed, a new private recovery link is issued. No additional payment is taken.

The reference is displayed after successful payment. If you no longer have it, contact support with the Stripe receipt.

Privacy: personalisation details are kept for up to 90 days for delivery and support. Private recovery links expire after 30 days and have an access limit.
