Our Story

Small acts of kindness can create a lasting impact.

KindFinch began with a simple question: how could a small personal message become something worth keeping?

In a world where messages disappear in seconds, we wanted to make it easier to create something personal, thoughtful and meaningful โ€” a digital card worth keeping, with the potential to help a small gesture travel further.

KindFinchOur beginning

โ€œMake kindness simple enough to begin, and meaningful enough to continue.โ€

A personal message. A thoughtful digital product. A wider circle of care.

Made to be keptBuilt to travel further

Why KindFinch?

A simple product, built around three deliberate choices.

KindFinch is not only about sending a message. It is about making that message feel personal, keeping the purpose clear and earning trust through transparency.

01

Why digital cards?

Personal, instant and easy to keep.

A digital card can reach someone in seconds without feeling disposable. It can be personalised before payment, downloaded in high resolution and shared privately by message, email or social media.

02

Why kindness?

Because thoughtful words still matter.

A sincere thank-you, a birthday message or a quiet reminder that someone matters can change the shape of a day. KindFinch makes those small moments easier to create and share.

03

Why transparency?

Because purpose should be verifiable.

We distinguish clearly between the product a customer buys, the costs of delivering it and the eligible proceeds intended for the Kindness Fund. Plans are labelled as plans; completed impact will be reported as evidence.

The KindFinch journey

From one small idea to a growing circle of care.

The path is intentionally simple: begin with a useful product, build trust carefully and allow many small actions to create something larger over time.

  1. The Idea

    Kindness should be simple.

A meaningful action should not require a complicated system or a large budget. It should be easy enough for anyone to begin.

  2. The Product

    Personalised digital cards.

A real digital product comes first: designed card styles, personal names and messages, secure payment and instant high-resolution downloads.

  3. The Mission

    Build a transparent Kindness Fund.

Eligible proceeds can be pooled toward verified practical support, with a published method and aggregate reporting that respects recipient dignity.

  4. The Future

Help more people through many small acts.

The long-term vision is a wider collection of thoughtful digital products and opt-in kindness experiences that remain simple, responsible and measurable.

The Kindness Fund

A clear path from a small purchase to practical support.

Customers buy a personalised digital card. KindFinch then works toward pooling eligible proceeds for verified essentials such as food, basic household bills and short-term shelter.

KindFinch Ltd is a private limited company with a social mission, not a registered charity. A purchase is payment for a digital product and is not presented as a charitable donation.

1

Buy a real product

Choose a design, personalise the card and pay securely through Stripe.

2

Separate costs clearly

Payment fees, applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks and specified direct transaction costs are deducted before distributable proceeds are calculated.

3

Pool eligible proceeds

The published target model is to place 80% of distributable proceeds into the Kindness Fund and retain 20% for essential operating needs.

4

Report what actually happened

Support categories, calculation methods and aggregate results will be published without turning recipient hardship into public content.

Our core value

Humanity first.

Support should be guided by verified human need โ€” not race, religion, language, nationality, disability, sex or political belief. Dignity and privacy come before publicity.

Our Promise

Four standards that guide every decision.

KindFinch should feel thoughtful before its wider purpose is even explained. These promises shape both the product experience and the social mission behind it.

01

Transparency

We will separate facts, targets and future ideas clearly, and publish the method behind eligible proceeds and reported support.

02

Privacy

Personal card details and recipient circumstances should be handled carefully. Help should never depend on public exposure.

03

Quality

The digital card must be a worthwhile product on its own: considered design, clear personalisation and reliable delivery.

04

Simplicity

Choosing, personalising, paying, downloading and sharing should remain easy to understand on every device.

A note from the founder

Build trust before making big claims.

KindFinch is being built carefully: a thoughtful product first, a clear commitment second and evidence-based reporting as real activity develops. The goal is not to make the biggest promise. It is to make a modest promise that can be understood, measured and kept.
